1. All Drawings are delivered via email in both PDF and DWG file formats. The PDF files are for the client’s use, while the DWG files are meant for the engineer’s or architect’s use. Remember, you need CAD software to open DWG files.
2. All the PDF drawings come in A1-size layouts. The A1 layouts contain all the drawings, including Floor plans, Elevations, Section Details, and six full-color high-quality Pictures. At ShelterMODE’s discretion, any other service above and beyond what is stated will be charged an extra cost.

We no longer put downloadable links for purchased drawings on our website.

Remedies

Unauthorized downloads and unauthorized use of copyrighted material from our website resulted in significant financial losses for ShelterMode. To rectify this issue, drawings are now dispatched directly to customers via the PayPal payment email address, unless an alternative email address is provided subsequent to the purchase.

Payments

To complete the payment process, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of payment. Afterward, request the customer to confirm authorization of payment to avoid any future claims. The drawings are normally sent immediately or within 48 hours of the customer’s payment confirmation.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Upon delivery of a product via email to the customer, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations stipulate that no right of cancellation or refund is applicable due to the electronic nature of our products. Refunds, if any, will be granted at our sole and absolute discretion. By agreeing to these terms, you are expressly prohibited from initiating any chargebacks through your or our payment provider under any circumstances. Additionally, any payments made for our products are considered final and are not subject to chargebacks. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust our prices periodically.
